Please read these Terms & Conditions in full before using the bas8 website or mobile application. bas8 is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bas8 and the user.
By accessing the platform, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms apply to all services offered by bas8, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, lottery, slots, and other gaming services. They also cover all activities related to payments, bonuses, customer support, and account management.

Registration and gaming on bas8 is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. Violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.
Account Registration & Management
Registration on bas8 is completely free. However, you are required to provide accurate information at the time of registration. bas8 reserves the right to cancel any account found to have submitted incorrect or false details.

One Person, One Account Policy
Each individual may register only one bas8 account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.
Password & Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact Customer Support immediately. bas8 will never ask for your password via email or phone.
Tip: Keeping two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled keeps your bas8 account significantly more secure. You can activate it from the Settings page.
KYC Verification
For security purposes, bas8 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This process may require one of the following documents:
- National ID (NID)
- Passport
- Driving License
- Utility bill (as proof of address)
Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

Deposit Rules
- Only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits made through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Once a deposit is completed, it is non-refundable; however, you may submit a withdrawal request.
- Bas8 may place a hold on any suspicious transaction for review.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit.
- Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
- The daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (this may differ for VIP members).
- Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳1,000 is required to claim this bonus. A 30x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be used.
A Simple Example to Understand Wagering Requirements
Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus. A 30x wagering requirement means you need to wager 30 times the bonus amount: ৳2,000 × 30 = ৳60,000. Only after placing that total in bets can you withdraw any winnings from the bonus.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus can only be used once.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another person.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account termination.
- Bas8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Some bonuses apply only to specific games — this will be stated on the relevant terms page.
- Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.

General Betting Rules
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- If your internet connection is lost, any bets already placed will remain valid.
- If a bet is placed twice by mistake, one of them may be cancelled through customer support.
- If suspicious betting patterns are detected, bas8 may investigate and take appropriate action.
Sports Betting Special Conditions
- Live betting odds can change at any time during in-play events.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
- The official announcement by the relevant league or federation is considered final for the purposes of determining results.
- In cricket, if the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method, the bet will be considered valid.
Game Results & RNG
All online game outcomes on bas8 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). No game result can be manipulated. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for every game is publicly disclosed.

- Self-Exclusion: You may take an extended break of 6 months or more.
- Permanent Closure: You may request to permanently close your account at any time.

- Suspected or Confirmed Illegal Activity
- Suspicion of Money Laundering
- Being underage
Balance After Account Cancellation
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited. However, if you voluntarily close your account, your real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. If you have a dispute, please get in touch with us.
